Sachi-iro no One Room Wiki

ReticentOne here. I DID IT! So many changes! I'm dying to say "let me break it down," but it's all pretty self-explanitory.

The Mobile Main Page needed some work.

  • I added a slider, which was a pain only because the images need to be a specific size.
  • Fandom added "Trending Articles". I'd like to limit how many show up though, it's an insane amount and takes up a bunch of space. I don't know if I can.
  • I know images for Sachi and Onii-san are not appearing in the "Trending Articles" section. I don't know how to fix it. I'll ask for help if I can't fix it by the end of the week.
  • I'll add links to the intro. I just realized I have to. I'll also add the spoiler alert and a quick trigger warning. (I'm  desensitized to the messed up themes in this manga, but I'd feel guilty not warning newbies about it.)

The Website's Main Page got a makeover too.

  • We finally have a slider on the main page. This too took a while to make because it looks best with images  having specific dimensions.
  • We've got a character gallery as well. I made up the gallery a few weeks ago, but held off adding it until I was ready to change everything all at once.
  • Finding that promo video was a complete fluke. I think I found it on the Asian Wiki's Sachi-iro no One Room page for the TV show.
  • I added a section for the "Latest Chapter" because I'm too lazy to add it to the slider right now. That image-size stuff drags the process down. And since the slider is one of the first things you see, it will require a bigger commitment to make sure it's always up to date. A little box and -maybe- a little picure at the bottom of the page is easier to do.

  • When we've got news I'll add a "news" box on the main page. It'll mostly have announcements about new chapters once they've comes out.

I hope everybody visiting this wiki likes the changes, no matter what device you use to do so. All that's left is to change the background. The longer I have the ability to change it, the more I want to. It's been this way for three years. I think a change is okay. Take care, ReticentOne (talk) 06:09, August 2, 2020 (UTC)
